Of the currencies in the G10 group, the Swedish krona has performed the worst so far this year, according to a weekly survey by news agency Bloomberg.
The exchange rate is 9.21 kronor to the US dollar, and the krona has thus weakened by 0.04 percent against the dollar.
The second-worst G10 currency is the Japanese yen, which has lost 0.02 percent against the dollar.
At the other end of the scale, the Norwegian krone has strengthened by 9.51 percent, while the Australian and New Zealand dollars have risen by 8.59 and 3.63 percent, respectively.
Last year, by contrast, the Swedish krona strengthened against the US dollar week after week.
