Swedish fashion brand Filippa K gets a new owner. Founder Filippa Knutsson as well as investment company Novax sell the loss-making company to Mellby Gårds men's clothing company Oscar Jacobson, reports Dagens industri.
"I left Filippa K operationally several years ago, so it feels nice to come to a conclusion both mentally and emotionally", writes Filippa Knutsson, who founded the company in 1993, in a comment to Di.
Last year, the company made a loss of 39 million kronor, while the turnover amounted to 436 million kronor.
