So damn fun. I'm a little speechless. It's really so much fun. I'm a little moved, says Sophie Hansson in an interview with SVT shortly after the race.
What a team effort we are jumping in and making. To finish this way, this championship, she says.
Sara Junevik had a tough championship, but finished it in style. Her strong performance in butterfly contributed greatly to her silver medal success.
It was such an extremely sad start to everything, I was hoping for so much more. It's so fun to get into the team, to be healthy and show that the form is really there, she says. To take a silver... it was good in the end, she tells SVT.
Junevik swam her distance in a fine 24.52 seconds.
The medal was Sweden's second in the championship in Lublin. Louise Hansson won bronze in the 100-meter butterfly on Friday.
