Emil Nykvist is ill with cold symptoms and leaves the Swedish World Championship team in Lenzerheide, announces the Swedish Biathlon Association. He is replaced by Malte Stefansson.
Nykvist got the fifth and final World Championship spot on the men's side but has not been able to compete during the start of the championship.
The men's next World Championship competition is Wednesday's individual event, where Sweden will field the same lineup as before: Viktor Brandt, Jesper Nelin, Martin Ponsiluoma and Sebastian Samuelsson.
