The boy disappeared Wednesday night after being out with friends. Divers found him dead in the water on New Year's Day.
We can see on surveillance cameras in the harbor that he fell on the night of the 31st at about a quarter to one, said David Buch, officer on duty at the North Zealand Police, to Ritzau.
According to the police, there is therefore no indication that a crime was involved in the death.
The boy's jacket was found in the water on Wednesday, and a major search effort has been underway since then.
