The two, a 27-year-old and a 21-year-old, are connected to the Foxtrot network, Expressen reports.
The list has been updated as part of the Swedish-led police operation Grimm, which has led to hundreds of arrests in Europe over the past year.
A third person on Europol's most wanted list is also Swedish.
