The explosion on October 24, 2023, was, according to the court, directed at a Swedish man who lived at the address and is linked to a robbery attempt at a narcotics depot in Oslo in the days before the robbery, writes Mora Tidning.
There were six people in the residence, including two children, but no one was physically injured. The now convicted men, both in their 20s and from Dalarna, are said to have taken on the task of carrying out the explosion to get rid of a narcotics debt in Sweden.
The men have admitted to placing the bomb and are now sentenced to prison for five years and three months. They will also have to pay just over a million kronor in damages for material damage to the residence and 400,000 kronor to the plaintiffs.
A woman in her 30s who is said to have driven the men to Sweden after the bombing is sentenced to prison for four months.
