The group "Boycott goods from the USA" has grown rapidly in recent days following President Donald Trump's statements about the war in Ukraine and the dispute between Trump and Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyj in Washington.
"It feels very important right now, since the USA got Donald Trump as president, that we all act strongly", writes a user.
The members of the group are tipping each other off on how they can buy goods from other countries instead of American goods, and are also sharing responses they have received from various food retailers' customer services.
"I'll replace as many American goods/services as I can and if many do so, it will clearly affect the supply in stores", writes another user.
The administrators note in the group description that Facebook is also American.
"This is a group for you who can stand the fact that an American boycott is taking place in a medium owned by an American", they state.
