In May this year, 67.9 percent stated that they were positive about Sweden's membership in NATO, while 21 percent were negative. A higher proportion of men (71.6 percent) than women (64.3 percent) were positive about membership, while 11.1 percent said they did not know or did not want to answer the question.
Swedes' attitudes towards NATO membership do not show any major change compared to May last year, and there is no statistically significant change in the proportion who say they are positive or negative.
