Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Romania will be Sweden's opponents in the Nations League group stage this autumn. That became clear after the draw in Brussels. "It's exciting. We are facing very tough teams," says national team captain Graham Potter.

Sweden won the C-division in 2024 and will therefore play in the B-division this autumn. The matches will be played at the end of September and the beginning of October.

First, however, the World Cup playoff against Ukraine on March 26 awaits Graham Potter's men.

The national team captain admits that it is difficult to think about the Nations League right now.

"I don't have much focus on it, to be honest. I'm fully focused on March and the playoffs," he says at a press conference.

Potter's contract only extends beyond a possible World Cup this summer.

"I'm open to everything. No doors are closed. But it's important that we focus on March and try to get to the World Cup."
