The economic upswing weakened somewhat in the third quarter.
"The Swedish economy declined in September, but the quarter as a whole grew thanks to strong growth in August," says Neda Shahbazi, an economist at Statistics Sweden, in a press release.
Compared with the third quarter of last year, Sweden's GDP grew by 2.8 percent.
