Three years ago, Malmö hosted the championship. In three years, another Skåne city, Helsingborg, will host the European Team Championships.
This follows a decision by the European Table Tennis Federation.
"We are very pleased to have once again been entrusted with organizing a major international championship in Sweden," says Johnny Ewerstein, events and operations manager at the Swedish Table Tennis Association, in a press release.
