Denmark entered the semi-finals as big favourites - and withstood the pressure. In the 19th and penultimate heat, Anders Thomsen secured the final spot for the Danes.
The final overall standings were Denmark with 40 points, while Sweden and Latvia each had 32 points. Norway came last with 15 points.
The World Cup final will be held on August 29 at the Polish National Stadium in Warsaw. Denmark will face Poland, Australia and Great Britain.
