The Swedish women's handball team received a favorable draw in the World Championship qualifiers.
In April, they will face Kosovo in a double match.
"It's a good draw for us. We avoided the strongest teams from the second seeding pot. Kosovo is, however, an opponent that we are not fully updated on", says national team captain Tomas Axnér to the handball team's website.
The winner of the matches on April 9/10 and 12/13 will qualify for the World Championship in Germany and the Netherlands in November-December next year and will play the group stage matches in Stuttgart together with the host nation Germany.
