In their first match, Sweden secured a 1-0 victory against Denmark, with Filippa Angeldahl scoring the goal after a beautiful one-two with Kosovare Asllani.

Sweden is in Group C, which also includes Germany, Denmark, and Poland. Germany currently leads the group after defeating Poland 2-0.

Expected result against Poland

Sweden have played against Poland eight times and won all of the matches. But Poland has an attacking star in Ewa Pajor and Poland did better than expected in the loss with 0-2 against Germany. But with much more experience and better players, then Sweden are favorites and a win will secure a quater final spot.
