The background is that Stina Isaksson and the Sweden Democrats in Hylte distributed flyers with the text "stop social services taking care of children" in Swedish and Arabic, among other languages.
The party board's decision, which Isaksson published on Facebook, states it believes the flyers are reminiscent of the so-called LVU campaign, when disinformation was spread about Swedish social services.
