Countless data centers are queuing up to be established in Sweden - something that is fundamentally good, said Mikael Damberg, economic policy spokesperson for S, and Fredrik Olovsson, energy policy spokesperson, at a press conference.
But we must be able to make counterclaims, Damberg said.
Among other things, the companies running the data centers should contribute to building new electricity generation, the heat generated in the centers should be utilized, and the establishments must also provide AI benefits to Sweden, according to S.
