After the loss to third-placed Japan, Sweden faced another playoff contender, South Korea.

Sweden had a 7–5 lead heading into the final end, but the South Koreans tied it 7–7.

In the deciding end, however, Isabelle Wranå had the advantage of the last stone, and Sweden won 8–7.

The Swedish women are currently fourth in the standings. The top two go straight to the semifinals. Teams 3–6 play the quarterfinals.

Overnight, local time in Sweden, the penultimate regular-season match against Turkey awaits.
