"This piece of the puzzle creates the conditions for us to become better at handling Russian antagonism in the cyber domain targeting Sweden, and, of course, to contribute to Ukraine's capabilities," says Minister of Civil Defense Carl-Oskar Bohlin (M).
The agreement was signed in connection with the Munich Security Conference. Specifically, the National Cyber Security Center at the Swedish Defence Radio Agency (FRA) is responsible for the cooperation.
"This will really be a reinforcement for both countries, because Ukraine, of course, has a lot of experience of extensive and advanced Russian antagonism in the cyber domain - not only since the start of the full-scale invasion, but also before that," says Bohlin.
