"This is an important step for two close allies, for Europe's security and for our joint ability to meet NATO's capability requirements," writes Defence Minister Pål Jonson (M) on X.

The cooperation will include missile defence, space and advanced combat aviation capabilities including unmanned systems, according to the Defence Minister.
