The storm Amy finally put a stop to the second golf round of the European Tour event in Scotland. Nearly 50 players will have to complete the round on Saturday instead

The Swede Mikael Lindberg managed to finish playing for the day and is tied for fourth on a total of ten strokes under par. The recent Ryder Cup winner Robert MacIntyre, Scotland, and Richard Sterne, South Africa, are leading on –12 overall.

The Dunhill Links Championship is decided on three different courses – St Andrews, Kingsbarns and Carnoustie – with a cut after three rounds.

The professionals also play in teams with amateur golfers. This year, for example, actors such as Bill Murray and Catherine Zeta-Jones as well as NHL legend Wayne Gretzky are playing.
