Oskar Svensson is skipping the cross-country skiers' World Cup premiere in Ruka due to mild cold symptoms, the national team announces.
In Saturday's sprint, Svensson will be replaced by Marcus Grate.
The World Cup season begins on Friday when both the men and women race 10 kilometers classic with an individual start.
