The Swede was imprisoned in Spain for other crimes. He was remanded in custody in Norway on Wednesday with restrictions on receiving visits and mail because the district court believes there is a risk that he will destroy evidence.
According to the prosecutor, the man, together with one or two other people, planned to commit murder or cause serious injury. The crime can carry up to ten years in prison.
The 19-year-old has not yet been questioned and his lawyer tells TV2 that he denies any wrongdoing.
