Celta Vigo beat Valencia 4-1 in La Liga, despite being without Williot Swedberg for much of the match.

It was after just over 25 minutes that Swedberg sat down on the grass after a running duel. It quickly became clear that the Swede needed to come off, and was replaced by Pablo Durán.

According to the Spanish newspaper La Voz de Galicia, Swedberg came off due to illness, not injury.

The home team still prevailed 4–1, thanks in part to a brace from Spaniard Borja Iglesias.

Swedberg has scored three goals in ten La Liga games this season. Two of those goals came against big club Real Madrid in Celta's 2-1 victory.
