The 22-year-old Celta Vigo striker was named in Sweden's squad after a strong season in La Liga, but now there are question marks over his participation against Ukraine tomorrow night.
That would be sad for the striker, who considers the semi-final to be the biggest match of his career so far.
"To be here and play for the whole country is a dream come true," he told Swedish media on Tuesday.
Swedberg grew up partly in Valencia. He alternately lived in the city with his parents, football stars Hans Eskilsson and Malin Swedberg.
