After today's interest rate cut from the Swedish Central Banken, Swedbank and Nordea announce that they are lowering their mortgage interest rates. Both banks are lowering the list rate on the variable mortgage by 0.25 percentage points from Thursday.
Swedbank is also lowering mortgage interest rates for loans with a binding period of between one and five years by 0.10 percentage points. Nordea announced as early as Monday a cut for several of the fixed mortgage interest rates.
