The music is by composer Jonas Wikstrand, who also wrote the music for the SVT series "Whiskey on the Rocks".
"The Black" is a coming-of-age thriller based on John Ajvide Lindqvist's novel "Summer 1985" and takes place in the Stockholm archipelago during the Live Aid summer of 1985.
Björn Stein is the series' conceptual director, and Amy Deasismont and Melina Maraki are responsible for the script.
