"Someone wanted to have this person with them and obviously there was a breakdown in the routines regarding what needs to be flagged up. So we have to learn from that," says Camilla Hagert, SVT's press manager for corporate communications, to the newspaper.
Hagert also says that there is a possibility that the current program with Alinia will be stopped, but first the responsible publisher, Helena Olsson, must look at it and make an assessment.
