Micke Leijnegard was sentenced in the district court in November last year to a fine for sexual harassment for kissing a female colleague on the mouth during a party connected to the television recording of "The Master of Masters" in Spain.
Leijnegard was also ordered to pay 10,000 kronor in damages to the woman. He appealed the verdict to the Svea Court of Appeal in November, but about a month ago the court announced it would not grant leave to appeal.
