Sven-Göran "Svennis" Eriksson's manor outside Sunne in Värmland has finally been sold, reports Expressen. The price, however, the broker does not want to disclose.

The manor house Björkefors has been for sale since January. The initial price was first 25 million kronor but it has since been reduced several times, in May from 25 to 20 million and for just over a week ago from 20 to 16.5 million kronor.

After that, there was a bidding process between two parties and now it is sold, says the responsible agent Henrik Flinta to Expressen without wanting to disclose what the buyer needs to pay.

Coach legend "Svennis" told in January 2024 that he had been diagnosed with cancer in the pancreas and died in August the same year, 76 years old. He died with large debts and the manor house is the largest asset in the estate, which has a deficit of 51 million kronor, according to Expressen.
