The seller made the decision after the summer, says the responsible agent Henrik Flinta at Sotheby’s International Realty to Expressen.
The manor Björkefors has been for sale since January this year. The price then was 25 million kronor.
After the new price reduction, Henrik Flinta has good hopes that it will be a deal.
We have had about 15 interested parties and ten of them have come and looked. And now we have new viewings this week, including one interested party with a connection to the area but also one with a connection to Italy. With the new lower price, we hope maybe even to get a bidding started, he says.
The coaching legend passed away in August 2024 in cancer, 76 years old. The manor is the largest asset in the estate, which has a deficit of 51 million kronor, according to Expressen.
