The Court of Appeal will hear the case regarding Sweden's former national security adviser Henrik Landerholm on September 24–28, SVT reports.
Landerholm was acquitted of negligence in handling confidential information by Attunda District Court last fall. The court did not consider that he had been grossly negligent when he left confidential documents in an unlocked safe in a course building outside Stockholm.
The prosecutors appealed the verdict.
