Two students at the school are said to be involved, and the incident, which occurred last week, is classified as child rape, writes KT-Kuriren.
The incident is being investigated by prosecutors, but since both the perpetrator and the victim are minors, it will not lead to prosecution.
"We will investigate the crime, but then social services will take over," prosecutor and head of the preliminary investigation Caroline Tengroth told the newspaper.
The school has deployed resources from social services and school psychologists. The boy suspected of involvement is not allowed to return to school during the investigation.
