The police are investigating a suspected murder in Kramfors since a person died from their injuries after an alarm about assault.
The police have cordoned off an area to conduct a crime scene investigation.
What we're doing now is that we're investigating what happened at this location, says the police's press spokesperson Marie Andersson.
The police were alerted about an outdoor assault at 18.42. The person was taken to hospital, and at 23.20 police announced that the person had died.
