A person has been found dead in a residence in a community outside Uppsala. The death is being investigated as murder, the police write on their website.
The police were alerted to an address in the Uppland community at around 4 pm following suspicions that a serious crime had taken place. A deceased person was found on the premises in a residence.
According to the police, the deceased is a man in his 50s.
The police have initiated a preliminary investigation into murder and a man in his 50s has been arrested in connection with the scene.
