We do not know if it is a sharp object or not, but the national bomb protection is connected to make an assessment, said Johan Håkansson, press spokesperson at the police.
The police handled the object as a sharp object and stated at 9 o'clock that it had been disarmed.
Residents in connection to the current gate were asked in the morning to stay indoors. There is also a preschool nearby.
It is located nearby, so they have been asked not to keep the children out on the side facing the gate, said Johan Håkansson.
