The alarm came at 5:15 p.m. on Monday after a bang was heard in the house's stairwell.
When the police arrive, they observe an object that cannot be assessed directly. Therefore, it is considered dangerous for the time being, police spokesperson Susanna Rinaldo told TT earlier this evening.
The residents of the house were allowed to stay in their apartments for that long.
At 8 p.m., the police announced that the object was harmless and that the blockades were being lifted. There are no suspicions of a crime.
