"That is correct," says police spokesperson Evelina Olsson.
The alarm was received from the public at 07:20 on Wednesday morning. The police initially had difficulty determining whether the object was dangerous and called the national bomb disposal unit. After an investigation, it was confirmed to be a hand grenade.
It is still unclear whether there was any threat to the company in question.
"There are more companies at the address that we are talking to," says Olsson.
Parts of Jägersrovägen and Agnesfridsvägen were closed during the morning. At 09:50 the police stated that the blockades had been lifted.
"We still have some patrols there, but the work on site is complete."
