It is currently unclear what type of injuries the person has. The injured and the detained are all men in their 20-25 years, says the Prosecution Authority to P4 Västerbotten.
The suspected crime occurred outdoors at 18.30 on Sunday. It is considered an isolated incident and there is no danger to the public.
The police have made seizures but are tight-lipped about the incident.
