The alarm about the incident came at 23 o'clock. The woman, who is also in her 40s, has been taken by ambulance to the hospital.
She was awake and able to speak when we arrived at the scene, says Jerker Olsson, duty officer at the police.

A woman has been assaulted by a man unknown to her in Malmö on Friday evening, according to the police. A man in his 40s is arrested, suspected of attempted murder.
