Police, ambulance and rescue services were alerted to the fire at 5:21 a.m. on Tuesday by a neighbor.
"The fire has been limited to the apartment in question," says Jennifer Last, police spokesperson.
It is unclear which floor the man jumped from. He has now been taken to hospital by ambulance helicopter. The extent of his injuries is unknown.
The fire was extinguished around 6:00 a.m., according to the Dalslänningen fire department.
