The police are investigating a suspected arson attack on a car dealership in Tuve, Gothenburg, during the night to Tuesday, reports Gothenburg Post.
There are signs that the fire may have been set. A windowpane is among other things shattered, and there are initial reports that someone may have thrown something into the premises, says Göran Carlbom, duty officer at the police, to the newspaper.
Several cars were damaged in the fire. The alarm came in at 00.30 and half an hour later the fire was extinguished. The police have initiated a preliminary investigation into aggravated arson and have cordoned off the site for technical examination.
