A person has been arrested and detained, reasonably suspected of Sunday's murder at Åbackarna in Norrköping, announces chief prosecutor Robert Eriksson on Thursday, according to SVT.
The arrest took place just over an hour after another person, who was suspected of the crime, was released.
I want to say as little as possible about this person. Therefore, I will not disclose their age or gender, says Robert Eriksson to SVT News East about the person who has now been detained.
It was at 4:45 pm on Sunday that a man in his 30s was allegedly subjected to a knife attack on a pedestrian path at Åbackarna in Norrköping.
The man was found by passersby and taken to hospital, where he later died.
