SVT presenter Micke Leijnegard and his lawyer, Johan Eriksson, had appealed the Svea Court of Appeal's decision not to review the verdict on sexual harassment.
Leijnegard was sentenced in the district court in November last year to a fine for sexual harassment for kissing a female colleague on the mouth during a party connected to the television recording of "The Master of the Masters" in Spain.
Leijnegard was also ordered to pay 10,000 kronor in damages to the woman. He appealed the verdict to the Court of Appeal in November, but in January this year the Svea Court of Appeal announced it would not grant leave to appeal.
