Milan finished fifth in the Italian top flight, which means a place in the Europa League instead of the Champions League.
After the loss, several big names have had to leave - coach Massimiliano Allegri, CEO Giorgio Furlani, sporting director Igli Tare and technical director Geoffrey Moncada have all been fired.
Ibrahimovic remains, and according to Italian sources will have influence in filling several of the now-empty roles.
That is opposed by one of the club's larger supporter associations.
"Ibra is pure evil," reads a banner the group hung outside Milan's home stadium.
“Players and the club, everyone is responsible,” reads another banner.
