After the school attack in Fagersta, in which one person lost their life and three were injured, Sundsvall Municipality reported itself under lex Sarah.
The suspected perpetrator had been investigated by municipal social services 10 times before he was placed in a family home.
The complaint concerned, among other things, how the municipality handled the placement. The investigation shows that the municipality did not commit any errors.
"The investigation does not support that the move was an incorrect action or that it can be linked to the later course of events," the investigation states, according to SVT.
