The attack was carried out early Wednesday morning in the town of al-Rahad in North Kordofan.
The paramilitary RSF is said to be behind the attack, according to the doctors' network.
In addition to the children killed, 13 other people were injured.
The civil war between Sudan's regular army and the paramilitary RSF began in April 2023. Tens of thousands have been killed and several million people have been displaced.
