Talk about a dream start for Kim Hellberg. Middlesbrough have won four straight matches since the Swede took over as manager.

Hellberg recently left the Swedish Football League and Hammarby for the English Championship and Middlesbrough – who are barely halfway through the season and are well on their way to the Premier League.

The club was already at the top when Kim Hellberg joined "Boro", which has started with four straight three-pointers with the 37-year-old from Östergötland at the helm.

Latest win: 3-1 at home to Queens Park Rangers on Saturday afternoon. Middlesbrough took a 2-0 lead at half-time and then made it 3-0, a penalty from Tommy Conway, early in the second half.

QPR were then able to reduce, also on penalties, but Middlesbrough held on and stand on 42 points after 21 rounds. That's enough for second place, five points behind Coventry.

Bristol City away awaits Middlesbrough next weekend.
