On two previous occasions, he had bought cigarettes for the student in exchange for money. After buying cigarettes a third time, he demanded sex in return. The man was convicted of child rape and must also pay 265,000 kronor in damages, according to local media. The man denies the crime.

A former substitute teacher in Oskarshamn municipality has been sentenced to three years in prison and to deportation for raping an underage student.
