As an example, Stubb mentions the heavy tariffs against India that the US says it is ready to introduce this week.
The latest example is the tariffs against India, because India buys Russian oil, gas and weapons, he says and continues:
If President Trump were to do the same thing against countries X, Y and Z, we might perhaps be able to return to the negotiating table.
